Refund & Return Policy

At ESOE Security, we stand behind the quality of our CCTV and surveillance products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at esoe-aisha@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed, used, or modified
  • Items without original packaging
  • Custom-configured systems (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Warranty

All ESOE products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or natural disasters.
